Support Groups &

Mental Health Services

Domestic violence is often misunderstood, especially by those directly affected.
Joining a support group is one way to heal and move forward with your life, away from abuse, and safe from being abused again.

You deserve to be free from abuse.
When you join one of our support groups, you will find a physically, mentally, and emotionally safe place to share your experiences and to examine how your past abuse is affecting your current and future life.
Talking with strangers about your emotions and experiences can be scary. In our groups, you decide when and what you will share.
Community members dealing with current or past domestic violence or sexual assault trauma can attend our free community support group. Call or text Rebecca Hunter MSW at 541-400-0186.
You can arrange to see a therapist privately by calling our office at 541-386-4808.
In collaboration with Mid-Columbia Center for Living we also provide mental health services, peer education, and support groups for survivors in our shelter.

SAFETY ALERT: If you are in danger, please call 911, your local hotline 541-386-6603, or
the National Domestic Violence Hotline  1-800-799-7233. If concerned about a computer trail, exit this site now.
