A lot of times, it can be hard figuring out what behaviors in a relationship are healthy or unhealthy. On the right are the 10 signs of a Healthy Relationship (from the One Love Foundation).
In general, a healthy relationship will feel like:
You have the freedom to pursue your own life, interests, and relationships.
You are an equal decision maker in the relationship. Your voice has value.
You and your partner can communicate openly, honestly, and without judgement.
You don't feel controlled or limited by your relationship.
Keep in mind that these behaviors should be present in any relationship, including those between friends and family members!
